Consultation for Family Members

If you have a family member who is struggling, it can be confusing and scary at first. You may be unsure what’s happening or what to do next. This service is for people who would like to learn how to better support their family members.

It is common that struggling family members are reluctant to seek help. Through this service, I will gather your family’s information from you and assess your situation. I will offer my clinical opinions about what may be going on, and suggest some possible next steps.

The symptoms this form of therapy benefits are depression, anxiety, anger outbursts, low engagement, poor communication, family conflict and relationship issues. This service can be offered just once or twice, or it could be regular, ongoing support.
